Three-hour cart rental
Styled floral station with curated buckets + risers

Important Booking Information
Please review prior to submitting an inquiry:
A 50% non-refundable deposit and signed contract are required to reserve your event date.
Bloom Bars are DIY experiences unless on-site florist assistance is added
Florals are Designer’s Choice; specific flower varieties are not guaranteed. Final stem counts and floral varieties may vary slightly based on availability.
Color palette selection is honored whenever seasonally and market-appropriate
Delivery, Setup & Travel: Delivery, setup, and breakdown are included in all Bloom Bar packages for events located within 25 miles of the Form & Flora studio. Events located beyond this service radius may be subject to an additional travel and logistics fee, which will be quoted based on event location, distance, and access requirements. Any applicable travel fee will be disclosed prior to booking and reflected in your final invoice.
